This place suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, free parking, and air conditioning. I still remember how the staff helped me with a phone charger on my first stay. Highly recommend it for a holiday!

The location was great if you are going to travel to Isla Mujeres or want to be in a less touristy spot, there is a
local beach just a 10-minute walk away. Staff were friendly but had limited English skills, making communication a bit challenging at times.

Bring your own snacks, as nearby dining options are limited and the hotel restaurant may not always be open.

missingWrote a review on Aug 18quiet atmospheredecent comfortample spacelimited beach access
The rooms offer decent comfort, with ample space for moving around. The location is outside the tourist frenzy, providing a quieter atmosphere, which might be great for those looking to escape the crowds.
Access to the beach isn’t straightforward. navigating to it requires a few extra steps that might not suit everyone. The lack of a refrigerator or microwave in the room is inconvenient, especially if you're hoping to store snacks or leftovers. There was a mention of on-site dining options, which clearly aren't present anymore, leaving limited alternatives nearby for meals.

The interior lobby was beautifully decorated and welcoming, providing a cozy space with comfortable seating and interesting books. It made socializing easy and offered a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. Perfect for gathering with friends.
Access to the beach could be more convenient.

The room was clean and had a nice private patio area, which was great. The bed was comfy enough for resting after a long day. I liked that they changed towels and made the bed every day. It had a few small shops and restaurants nearby, but the location could feel a bit away from all the touristy spots. Still, it was decent overall.

Private patio area, free parking, short walk to ferry
Multiple issues in the bathroom, including slippery floors and a malfunctioning shower!!! Accessing the beach could be simplified, and the lack of basic kitchen appliances is less than ideal for longer stays!!!

Based on proximity to the ferry port
The location was great for accessing Isla Mujeres. Clean standard room with air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The private bathroom had free toiletries, hairdryer, and shower. Cabs available outside for downtown trips. Solarium for relaxation was nice. Convenient store across the road and local beach just a 10-min walk away.

Good value for a budget stay
The staff was surprisingly attentive, especially the cleaning lady! she made cool figures with towels that just put a smile on my face every day. plus, it’s right across from the ferry to Isla Mujeres which was super convenient.
It wasn’t exactly a steal but given the location and cleanliness, it was still acceptable.

This hotel is conveniently located right by the ferry to Isla Mujeres, which is a huge plus. The rooms were clean and the mattress comfortable, but the air conditioning wasn't very effective. Breakfast options were quite limited, which was disappointing.
